Whole House Wash in Sherwood Park

pressure washing tools Pressure Washing Wand

Pressure Washing

Blast Away the Grime

Keep your home looking its best. Our standard clean includes washing your vinyl siding and surfaces immediately surrounding your home. This includes decks and adjacent walkways.

Want to add on a driveway or patio furniture? We can do that too!

We use a portable pressure washer with 3300 PSI at 3 GPM. (That just means we've got a lot of power.)

Siding Brush Wash

Give it a Scrub!

Sometimes what you need is a good scrub. Our water-fed poles and brushes can reach it all. If the situation calls for it, we will use all the tools at our disposal to make your siding gleam!

Brush Wash is particularly useful to get at hard to reach areas or to knock off cobwebs

What to Expect from a Standard Whole House Wash

Excellent for vinyl siding, brick and concrete.

Includes decks and adjacent walkways.

Will blast away dirt, dust and grime and knock of the cobwebs*

Will leave your whole house looking renewed.

Primarily we will use a pressure washer but we
also have the equipment for soft washing if the situation calls for it.

*Please Note: If your acreage home is absolutely covered with spider webs,
there may be an extra charge.

ALSO Note: A Standard Whole House Wash ...

Will NOT get rid of stubborn stains, oxidization, or shotgun fungus

Requiring Extra Care (And Chemicals)

Stubborn Stains, Oxidization, and Shotgun Fungus

What is Shotgun Fungus? What is Shotgun Fungus?

What is Shotgun Fungus?

If you have unsightly black dots scattershot across your siding, you've got Sphaerobolus Fungus, otherwise known as "shotgun fungus". This nasty fungus isn't easy to remove.

Where does it come from? The culprit is likely garden mulch that is affected by the fungus. Shotgun fungus forcefully ejects its mature spores high up in the air (up to 20 feet away). It sets its sights on bright areas so that means it will aim for any pale surface that reflects light, such as the siding on your house. The sticky, almost super-glue-like spores become nearly impossible to completely remove if left on a home for too long.

But good news! We've found a pretty effective method for getting rid of shotgun fungus. First we apply a special formula and let it soak. We follow this with some vigorous scrubbing, and finally, a pressure wash. Depending on how long the black dots have been baking on, we can probably get rid of most of it.

The sooner you take action on this -- the better the results!

What is OxidationWhat is Oxidation

What is Oxidation?

If your siding looks faded, especially on the sunny sides of the house, you probably have oxidation. Run your hand across the siding. If a chalky white powder covers you hands, you definitely have oxidation. A pressure wash on it's own will not fix this.

(On the right you can see pronounced "zebra stripes" created by an unfortunate pressure wash. The light parts are where the oxidation remains.)

We've found a pretty effective method for getting rid of oxidation and returning your siding to looking brand new. It's the same process as for "shotgun fungus". First we apply a special formula and let it soak. We follow this with some scrubbing, and finally, a pressure wash.

Stubborn Stains on GuttersStubborn Stains on Gutters

Stubborn Stains on Gutters

If you have unsightly black stains on your gutters, we can help.

"Tiger stripes", the black lines that sometimes appear on the front of eavestroughs, are caused mainly by an accumulation of dirt and debris in or on the edge (or lip) of eavestroughs. When it rains, contaminated water trickles over. The particles that are left as the water dries will over time leave the marks we know as “tiger stripes”.

We follow this with some scrubbing, and finally, a pressure wash. Depending on how long the tiger stripes have been baking on, we can probably get rid of most of it.
