General
- Do I need an appointment to get a Free Quote?
- Nope!
All we need is an address. We can assess the service location from the outside, either with an in-person visit, or via Google Street View.
But, if you would like to schedule an appointment to meet, we can do that too!
- Do I need to be present when the work is done?
- No, you do not need to be at the service location for any exterior work. For interior work, usually there will be someone home. But it's not necessary. We will just need a door code, or a key, or someone to let us in.
- What happens if the weather is bad on the the day of my service?
- In general, we try to keep our appointments. If we are cleaning interior windows, we can at least get all of the interiors done and return on another day to do the exteriors. We will work in light rain with no effect on quality. But, we will reschedule if there is extreme wind, rain, or cold.
Exterior Window Cleaning

- Do I need to do anything to prepare for exterior window cleaning?

- Sure! It may require a $40 scheduling fee.
- How do you clean the windows?
- We might use traditional tools: Ladders, squeegee, soap and water. Or we may use a water fed pole. It will just depend on which method will be easier and quicker. Both methods do an excellent job.
