- Do I need an appointment to get a Free Quote?
- All we need is an address. We can assess the service location from the outside, either with an in-person visit or via Google Street View.
But, if you would like to schedule an appointment to meet, we can do that too!
- Do I need to be present when the work is done?
- Go out and enjoy yourself. You do not need to be at the service location while the work being completed. For interior work, we will just need a door code, or a key, or someone to let us in. Our crews are trustworthy, police checked, insured and bonded.
Exterior Window Cleaning
- How often should I clean my windows?
- That's really up to personal preference. But one or twice a year is common.
- Do I need to do anything to prepare for exterior window cleaning?
- 1) Make sure your exterior water is turned on. 2) Unlock your gates.
- Can I schedule an exterior window cleaning?
- Sure! Our standard approach to "exterior only" appointments is to put you on our "exteriors" list and give you a general timeframe for when you can expect the work to be completed. This allows us to batch the jobs by neighbourhood, which reduces travel time, and allows us to complete with the greatest efficiency - and pass the savings on to you. But if there is some reason that you would prefer a scheduled appointment, we can do that too. It will require a $40 scheduling fee.
- How do your method for cleaning the windows?
- We might use traditional tools: Ladders, squeegee, soap and water. Or we may use a water fed pole. It will just depend on which method is appropriate for your home. Both methods do an excellent job.
- Can you tell me more about your "100% Satisfaction Guarantee"?
- Absolutely. On the day of the appointment - if your happen to be home - our crews will ask you to check over their work. Please do! We want to know that you are satisfied with the work. We will fix any issues immediately.
That said, it is still possible that you might discover previously invisible streak when the sun strikes your windows from a different angle. If that is the case for you, we will gladly return to make it right. Please contact us within 3 days of the initial cleaning.
In & Out Window Cleaning
- How often should I clean my windows?

- Do I need to do anything to prepare for my in-and-out window cleaning appointment?
- For in-and-out window cleaning, please move breakable/valuable items away from your windows. We don't to touch your priceless, breakables heirlooms. But don't worry about moving furniture, blinds or drapes or removing screens. We can handle it.
- How do your method for cleaning the windows?
- We might use traditional tools: Ladders, squeegee, soap and water. Or we may use a water fed pole. It will just depend on which method is appropriate for your home. Both methods do an excellent job.
For an in-and out clean we clean the whole window: the glass, frames, sills, screens and the tracks.

- What happens if it rains the day of my service?
- We will not be hampered by a little weather. We can work in light rain with no effect on quality. If it is really pouring, we will keep our appointment and at least get all of the interiors done. We can return on another day to do the exteriors. But, we will reschedule if there is extreme wind, rain, or cold.
Invoice and Payment
- What kind of payment do you accept?
- We will send you an invoice after the work is completed. Our preferred method of payment is e-transfer. We also accept credit and debit card payments, either by phone or online.
